We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

If you are located outside of Canada or the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@neurovesa.com

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100 (before tax) shipped within Canada or the United States.

  • For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, a flat shipping rate applies: $5.99 within Canada and $9.99 (USD) to the United States.

  • Subscription orders include free shipping on every delivery.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery timelines may be shown at checkout when available, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
