Someone finally did it — a focus and memory product that doesn't rely on stimulants. eudopa™ uses simple, science-backed ingredients.
How one supplement can support so many things.
It starts with the foundation.
If someone told you one thing could make your apps load faster, fix your video call lag, and make all your streaming work better — you'd probably be skeptical. But if that thing was just a faster internet connection, it makes perfect sense.
Your brain works on the same principle. Focus, memory, clarity under pressure — these aren't separate systems with separate fixes. They share a single foundation: how well your brain cells communicate with each other. eudopa™ works at that layer — research-backed nutrients chosen to support healthy cellular communication.
Built for people who take
brain health seriously.
All day, no crash.*
Deep work is demanding — sustained focus, fast decision-making, holding complex problems in working memory all day. These aren't free. They require specific raw materials that most people never think to replenish. You wouldn't underfuel a day of deep thinking. Don't underfuel the organ doing the thinking.
Clarity, for the long run.
You're eating well, staying active, and keeping a routine that works. Daily brain nutrition is a natural extension of that — consistent, research-backed support for focus, memory function, and mental clarity through the demands of each day.*
Train hard. Protect what matters.*
You track macros, sleep, and recovery — the brain tends to be whatever's left over. Mental performance depends on the same kind of nutritional support you give the rest of your body: specific raw materials, consistently. You wouldn't skip post-workout protein. Same logic, different tissue.
Three ingredients.
Nothing hidden.
Citicoline
Provides choline and cytidine — building blocks that support neurotransmitter production and healthy cell membrane structure.*
How it worksCiticoline · 500 mg
Your brain uses choline to produce acetylcholine — a neurotransmitter involved in focus, learning, and memory. Citicoline provides both choline and cytidine, which your body converts to uridine — a nutrient involved in cell membrane synthesis.*
This is the supply side of the formula. Citicoline provides the raw materials your brain uses to build and maintain the membranes where communication between neurons takes place.*
Wild Blueberry
The deep purple pigment of wild blueberries comes from anthocyanins — plant compounds studied for their antioxidant activity.*
How it worksWild Blueberry · 250 mg
Anthocyanins are the compounds that give blueberries their deep colour. They're studied for their antioxidant activity and their role as part of an anthocyanin-rich diet.*
Brain cell membranes — the ones citicoline builds and phosphatidylserine supports — are lipid-rich environments where oxidative processes naturally occur. Blueberry anthocyanins complement the formula by contributing antioxidant activity alongside citicoline and PS.*
Phosphatidylserine
A structural phospholipid that helps maintain the fluidity of brain cell membranes.*
How it worksPhosphatidylserine · 100 mg
This dose sits at the lower end of the 100–300 mg/day range studied in systematic reviews of PS supplementation in older adults. PS is a phospholipid abundant in your brain's cell membranes, playing a structural role in keeping those membranes fluid and functional — which matters for how signals pass between neurons.*
Citicoline supplies the building blocks. Blueberry contributes antioxidant activity. PS supports the structural integrity of the membranes — the surface where communication happens.*

Support,
not stimulation.

"Three ingredients, all of them dosed transparently. No caffeine, no proprietary blend nonsense. It's refreshing to find a supplement that doesn't try to hide behind a long label."
"I like that they publish their test results and link to the actual studies. Most brands won't do that. Easy to take, no issues, and it's become part of my daily routine."
"I've looked into most of these ingredients independently. The doses are clearly listed, the research is linked, and the third-party testing is a nice touch. This is how supplements should be done."

your best investment.

What does “100 mg active PS” mean — and why is it on the label?
The dose that actually matters
Phosphatidylserine is sold to manufacturers as an extract — typically 50%, 70%, or higher concentrations of PS suspended in carrier material. Most brands list the total weight of the extract on their label (e.g. “200 mg phosphatidylserine”) without disclosing the percentage of active PS inside. That's how two different supplements can both claim “200 mg PS” and deliver anywhere from 50 mg to 200 mg of the actual active compound.
eudopa™ uses 200 mg of a 50% soy-derived PS extract, which delivers 100 mg of active phosphatidylserine — the dose used in the published clinical research we cite. We list the active amount on our label because it's the only number that matters for the effect.
Do I still need to eat blueberries if I take eudopa?
Yes — whole-food blueberries complement the formula
Yes — and we'd encourage you to. The blueberry extract in eudopa™ provides a supportive amount of anthocyanins (around 22 mg per dose) that works alongside citicoline and phosphatidylserine as part of the formula. It's a meaningful contribution, but it's not a substitute for the whole-food dose of anthocyanins you'd get from actually eating blueberries regularly.
Clinical studies on blueberries and cognition have generally used anthocyanin intakes several times higher than what any two-capsule serving can reasonably contain. We designed eudopa™ around a two-capsule daily serving because that's the limit most people will take consistently, and the capsule size we use is the largest most people will swallow without complaint. Between 500 mg of citicoline, 200 mg of soy-derived PS extract (delivering 100 mg active PS), and 250 mg of blueberry extract, we're already close to the physical limit of what two capsules can hold. Blueberry extract contributes what it can within that constraint. A cup of fresh or frozen wild blueberries a few times a week fills in the rest — and tastes better than any capsule.*
